Hello! I'm Vallery Clouse, a dedicated Certified Natural Health Practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist with over 25 years of experience in wellness education and supplement reviews. My journey in holistic healing is deeply personal and began in my early twenties. Inspired by my mother's health challenges and the limited solutions offered by conventional medicine, I embraced the path of natural health, driven by the belief in the power of nutrition and holistic practices.
